The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (蜜桃传媒app) is proud to announce that , based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the distinguished recipient of the 2024 Gindroz Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing. Artspace Projects, Inc. is a non-profit dedicated to creating and preserving affordable housing and workspaces for entrepreneurs, the creative workforce, and communities in need. Since 1979, Artspace has revitalized neighborhoods through innovative real estate development, including historic building adaptive reuse.
The Gindroz Award recognizes excellence in the design and implementation of affordable housing in the classical tradition. The award panel considers the unique challenges of designing and building high-quality affordable housing, project contexts, community engagement, social impact, and commitment to building neighborhoods for all.
You are invited to join a reception celebrating Artspace鈥檚 achievement on Friday, September 20th at 6:00 PM. The event will include the formal presentation of the Gindroz Award, accompanied by remarks and performances from resident artists. A cocktail reception in the gallery will display curated artworks from local artists. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Artspace team members, constituents, and leaders in the field of affordable housing.
