The 蜜桃传媒app has regional Chapters (鈥淐hapters鈥�) that may publish and maintain content on websites that are not classicist.org and are not under the control or responsibility of the 蜜桃传媒app. By visiting classicist.org, and/or using the services offered through classicist.org the user agrees to the Terms of Use herein. The 蜜桃传媒app reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at its discretion and without notification to the user without notification beyond a revision to the terms described herein. Use of classicist.org indicates the users ongoing acceptance of the Terms of Use:聽

   6. using classicist.org in any manner with the intent to interrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or any supported services,聽聽

   8. using classicist.org in violation of any applicable law.聽
7. The user agrees not to share, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise publish through classicist.org, any content, including but not limited to text, photos, and audio visual materials which:聽

   4. constitutes or encourages a criminal offense,聽
   5. gives rise to civil liability,聽聽
   6. plagiarizes or infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties,聽
   7. infringes on rights of privacy or publicity of third parties.聽
8. The 蜜桃传媒app reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or review all materials posted to classicist.org. The 蜜桃传媒app is not responsible for any content or materials posted by users.聽聽
9. The 蜜桃传媒app reserves the right to remove and/or refuse to publish content for any reason. Any content that the user shares, uploads, posts, transmits, distributes, or otherwise publishes through classicist.org may be removed from classicist.org. The 蜜桃传媒app has no obligation to return, save, or preserve user-generated content.聽
10. The user grants the 蜜桃传媒app a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to exhibit and otherwise use (and to authorize third parties to exhibit and otherwise use) the user-generated content in perpetuity on 蜜桃传媒app鈥檚 website(s), blog(s), mobile website(s), mobile app(s), emails, and 蜜桃传媒app-branded digital and social media channels.聽聽
11. The 蜜桃传媒app reserves the right at all times to disclose any information and user-generated content as necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or government request, with or without notice to the user.聽聽
12. Classicist.org contains links to other websites. The 蜜桃传媒app is not responsible for content contained within websites that are not classicist.org, including but not limited to the websites of the 蜜桃传媒app鈥檚 Chapters. Links, pointers, and mentions do not imply that the 蜜桃传媒app is affiliated or associated with a third party, or that the third party has any affiliation, association, or partnership with the 蜜桃传媒app.聽 聽
13. The user agrees that 蜜桃传媒app, its affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees or agents will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site or a linked site. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses which may infect a user鈥檚 equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems.聽
14. 15. The user shall cooperate as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. 16. The 蜜桃传媒app may revise, terminate, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of classicist.org at any time. The 蜜桃传媒app may restrict, suspend, or terminate user鈥檚 access to classicist.org and its services for any other reason without notice or liability.聽聽
17. The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Jurisdiction for any action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to use of classicist.org shall be in state or federal court located in New York state. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision in the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.聽聽
